Conveyancing can be a complicated process. Abbey Solicitors experienced professionals make the process as stress-free as possible, handling transactions and keeping the conveyancing process moving.

After providing an estimate of likely costs and agreeing on the timetable, we will manage the transaction and deal with the solicitor representing your seller/buyer, or lender where appropriate, the estate agent, and your surveyor. Clients choose us because we do not just accept or pass onto you any problems that may arise. We work hard to resolve them, keep the transaction on schedule and complete the deal to your complete satisfaction.

Our Conveyancing services include the following:

Throughout the process we offer a comprehensive range of legal services including requesting local council searches, liaising with the Land Registry, providing advice regarding the handling of contracts and transferring funds to pay for the property.

At all times we will focus on your requirements, answer any questions you may have, provide practical advice and where relevant may introduce you to other professionals whose services you may need and whom we feel able to recommend.
