Our hours of business: our office is open from 9am to 5.30pm from Monday to Friday. We can arrange meetings at other times, by appointment.
Our fees: the first meeting is usually free; we will tell you if we think we can help you and what you should do next. We will explain how we charge for our services and any other fees which may be necessary. We will prepare a written cost estimate and give you a copy of our terms of business. If we think you qualify for legal aid, we will tell you and apply on your behalf.
Languages: we conduct business in English, Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Punjabi, Urdu, Mirpuri and Bengali. Please tell us if you would like an interpreter to be present or if you need any documents to be translated.
We have a free car park for visitors.
Service of documents by email or fax transmission will not be accepted.
