After providing an estimate of likely costs and agreeing the timetable, we will manage the transaction and deal with the solicitor representing your seller or buyer, or lender where appropriate, the estate agent, and your surveyor. We do not just accept or pass onto you any problems that may arise. We work hard to resolve them, keep the transaction on schedule and complete the deal to your complete satisfaction.
